The package was delivered on time with with shipping purchased through amazon.

Yet, the customer files an A to Z claim because they ordered the wrong size.

Tracking shows the package delivered well before the delivery date. A safety claim was filed and granted no impact on my rating but the purchase price was deducted from my account. The customer claimed they bought the wrong size, their email was sent the day after it was mailed. I returned the email asking which size they needed. That email was not returned and instead they filed an A- Z claim and purchased the size they intended.

The customer needs to return the item in order to get refunded. Why didn't amazon follow their rules on this?

Amazon granted A-Z claim to a buyer who did not return product to us.

I appealed the A-Z claim and Amazon upheld the decision based on the claim that "you did not respond to the buyer".

BUT I did!

However, there is no option to claim further. This is absolutely ridiculous!

This is completely unfair to seller. Who reviews these A-Z claims? They can't read?

buyer stated that the item is defective when filed an A-Z claim, he'd never contacted us before the claim, we had no idea what's going wrong here. However, the claim was granted, amazon refunded the buyer fully and the buyer did not return he item to us. PLS HELP. Now the buyer won't reply us any more.
