why does Safe-T refuse to reimburse the Outbound [and Return] Shipping fees, when Buyer has made error and returned wrong item
Safe-T is denying legit claims for Outbound and Return fees with the denial reason "The reimbursement claim does not cover outbound shipping costs" and "The issue you reported is not covered by the Prepaid Returns for Seller Fulfilled Order program." which is usual meaningless Safe-T rubbish

- only refers to the Cost of return shipping charges - there is no relevant policy contained here for Buyer bearing cost of Outbound and Return shipping charges.

lately things have gotten even worse, with BOT-denials that offer no reasoning. after one or two appeals the case gets last worded, and even though the claim is mirror image of multitudes of Awarded cases that get Accepted - for no logical reason these mirror image claims still get denied. ☹️
