Medical device - Apparent Non-compliance with Ads Policy
Our class II medical device (as categorized by Health Canada) has been selling on Amazon for over a year. We have also been using Amazon ads for over a year. Then, suddenly, about 2 weeks back, amazon ad campaigns for the said medical device were stopped by Amazon claiming non-compliance to their Ads policy (https://advertising.amazon.com/resources/ad-policy/en/sponsored-ads-policies). I have thoroughly reviewed their ads policy and cannot figure out how we are non-compliant. Additionally, our competitors who have highly similar product to ours are able to advertise! This is so unfair to our company.
We have submitted multiple appeals to Amazon. They keep on saying that we are non-compliant, but do not provide any details as to exactly how we are non-compliant.
Finally, I wonder if our product may have been misclassified as 'professional-use' medical device. Does anyone know what criteria Amazon uses to classify products as 'professional-use'? Our product is a non-prescription product.
Any thoughts or helpful suggestions?

I'd like to investigate this situation you are facing. Can you please provide me a Case ID and the ASIN you are referring to?
Looking forward to your response.
