Our products were successfully tested according to mechanical/physical standards, we have made Children's Product Certificate and CPC test reports and submitted documents on August 28, 2024.
All product listings have already become "inactive" .
We have been waiting for the approval, BUT the case status is always Pending Amazon Action, Document Review.
Amazon product compliance is still reviewing the Children's Product Certificate (CPC) and test report from August.
Today is October 23th, 2024, it's almost two months for the decision, no answers or results from the team.

I’m experiencing the same challenges with our CPC approval, which is currently still stuck at “under review.” My several attempts to request an update or timeline have been met with the usual response, “Please be patient; you’ll receive an email once the team has reviewed it. This is a tough pill to swallow for small businesses.
