hello, making this post because my shipping cost 3x over night for the exact same shipment... I used to pay 97-120 max for one shipment of 5 boxes. that was yesterday. Now I'm putting the exact same shipment in and its telling me shipping will cost over $300? what happened.
Back to regular rates for me just now...
Hello from Selling Partner Services.
Thank you for reporting these increased UPS rates for FBA partnered carrier shipments.
I reached out to our partner team to request further information. It would be helpful if any sellers experiencing this can file a support case with details including a workflow ID, as that will make it easier to investigate.
In addition, I see some sellers have mentioned that they only see such rates for shipments with $0 inbound placement fee. If any sellers also experience that, it would be helpful.

Amazon is a rubbish company. There is no traffic, advertising fees are deducted vigorously, and vicious competition is allowed. Peers merge variants in violation of regulations every day. Sales increase after merging variants, but Amazon never punishes them.
It did happen to me as well , i tried again the next day and the price went back to the same rate as before.
Hello @Seller_VLq2xyr0AGtPv and all other sellers asking about last Thursday and Friday's UPS shipping rates for inbound FBA shipment. Our partner team provided an update for me to share with sellers:
On October 24th and 25th, UPS experienced technical issues that affected pricing information sent to Amazon and other customers. This resulted in incorrect manifest rates being displayed in the Ship to Amazon workflow and AWD in Seller Central.
The pricing discrepancy that you saw was caused by a temporary technical glitch on UPS's end. The issue has been resolved.
Normal pricing has been restored in the Ship to Amazon workflow and we will issue refunds for any shipments that were incorrectly charged higher rates during the affected periods.
No action is required by you. We will handle the entire process.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
