Can't reach storefront page. Attempts to manage stores and create a new one are met with " Oops, something has gone wrong. Error 404. The page handler is not found."
I recently created an Amazon seller account. Went through the identity verification video call, got everything approved and was told by a representative there are no limitations to my account. But now that I wanted to set up my brand’s storefront, the page says there’s been an error. Does anyone else have similar experience? Thank you.

A brand store front is obtained when you have applied and been accepted into Amazon Brand Registry with a brand that has been filed with USPTO for trademark.
A brand store front is NOT given with the acceptance of having a verified account.

I agree. You cannot be a brand new seller and have gone through Amazon’s Brand Registration process.
I will guess that you are getting error 5665. You may wish to actually read the error message and follow the instructions.
