I have 2 questions:

Reviewing the list of companies in the FDA's Accredited Third-Party Certification Program, I found that DEMOS GLOBAL GROUP appears as an accredited company by the FDA, as you can see in the Attachment here.

Therefore, I understand that if they issue me the GMP certification, it would be valid for selling Dietary Supplements on Amazon. However, I would like to confirm this information before making the investment.

No. 2

My second question is the following: The laboratory that manufactures my product currently has a GMP certification issued by NQA. NQA belongs to ANSI, which is one of the Accredited Third-Party Certification Programs recognized by the FDA.

Would this current GMP certification from NQA be valid for selling on Amazon?

Completed the 3rd party testing in on Sep 16th, 2024 yet I keep getting suspended, reinstated and sent an email to submit the asin for 3rd party testing?

The PASS document in backend on Compliance page I'm staring at with my own eyes but Seller Supp, Account Health all say that info is restricted.

I opened an escalation ticket with a couple nice chaps in US weeks ago but I haven't heard back.

Where is the disconnect here? I submitted asin fpr 3rd party TIC process via amzn approved company names, Eurofins, paid a few thousand and waited a few months, only to PASS yet get ignored by amzn on their own certification, inspection and testing process?

Yes, I opened a forum topic about a week or so ago without a reply at all, other than to say my asin is avail to test.
