Read onlyThere seems to be an issue getting through to AWD Support. I have four cases open covering issues from misplaced inventory (likely at IUSF, case id 16936114981) to standard FC receiving reports discrepancy from AWD (case ids 16935998571 and 17010200881), and entire missing shipments (case id 17009868531). Two cases have been open over a month with no reply. Would a mod look into these cases and ping the appropriate team(s)?

First, I should have written a better subject line: No Seller "Support" responses to AWD partial and entire shipments missing
Of the "support" cases I mentioned, two have been open for over a month, and the other two have been open for 3 weeks. I have received no replies to any of these cases. I have provided proof of ownership documents substantiating all four cases. On another case (id 17121744311), I have been trying to find where to locate the Bills of Lading in order track the whereabouts of AWD to FC shipments. Seller "support" has, as usual, not answered the asked question instead deflecting to tangentially related help files and closed the case.
One of these cases (id 16936114981) is extremely important as we have been receiving Amazon emails regarding "future supply buyable" issues due to the fact that Amazon shows 1 case available of a product in AWD but every attempt — both my and automated — to move it to an FC fails with an error statement. IUSF has apparently lost or misplaced a case of product.
Please help.
