Fine vs Fashion Jewelry incorrectly tagged
Hi friends,
This was my first time listing on Amazon, and one item was mistakenly categorized by Amazon's system as Fine Jewelry instead of Fashion Jewelry. All my ASINs are listed as Fashion Jewelry, but the system incorrectly flagged as fine jewelry. All ASINs are handcrafted Fashion Jewelry, made from sourced crystal beads. They do not claim precious metals or Fine Jewelry classification. Each piece is a unique handmade design and does not meet Fine Jewelry requirements or lab‑testing criteria.
My Case ID 20902503311. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done to fix this on the backend, I appreciate your assistance. Any suggestion is appreciated. Additionally, does anyone have any tips for avoiding this improper flagging in the future? Thanks!

Hi Kris, my case has been going on for over 45 days without any resolution in sight. I was wondering if someone could help me escalate and let me know how I can prevent this in any future listing?

Hello @Seller_dIr9sDb2Sdgyp,
Welcome to the forums and thank you for sharing your case ID. I can see this has been open since June 20 with no resolution, and I understand how frustrating that is when Seller Support has already confirmed the flagging is incorrect.
Could you confirm whether you've submitted your appeal through Account Health in Seller Central for each ASIN, or only through Seller Support cases? That will help me determine the best path forward from here. On preventing this in future listings, avoid terms like "gold," "silver," "platinum," or "carat" in your titles and descriptions unless clearly qualified as fashion or costume jewelry. Keeping "crystal beads," "handcrafted," and "fashion jewelry" prominent helps the system categorize correctly.
Best regards,
Yujiro
