Read onlyOver time we have submitted compliance documentation for a significant number of ASINs required by Amazon. These have been obtained at great expense from one of the sanctioned testing labs. It has gotten to the point where the inefficient processing of these has resulted in significant losses in sales on top of the testing expense itself. Multiple attempts at following up on outstanding requests is fruitless since the "Team" that handles compliance seems to be intentionally and carefully insulated internally as well as externally from sellers.
AMAZON - take note and follow up on cases: 16995286011, 16995226741, 16995288751, 16326344871, 16581151521, 16375557831 - these range from current to months old
Hi @Seller_PKDYrtUIIatjy,
To make things as easy as possible, you can upload your documents in bulk here. This is from the Manage your compliance page in Account Health on the bottom right corner, Once you click on it, there is an option to bulk upload in the upper left hand corner. Pleased don't open new cases if you have already submitted cases, but you can do this going forward for any new cases that you have multiple ASIN's that are the same, except different colors etc that need to be reviewed.
I am also happy to let you know that all 3 cases have been reviewed and your ASIN's have been approved for sale on Amazon.
Did you find any of the information I provided helpful? If yes, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful Reply”. You can do so by using the 3 dots in the corner of the post that you found helpful. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.
Wishing you the best!
Michelle

Hello @Seller_PKDYrtUIIatjy,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you would like to have your items reviewed, however, 16995286011, 16995226741, 16995288751 are only 8 days old and do not qualify for us to ask for review until they are at least 15 days old. The other cases, I will ask for them to be reviewed. However, I am also asking that you remain professional and not demand that we reply right away. We work on posts in the order they are received to make it fair for other sellers that have reached out before you, but know that we are working as quickly as we can to get to all posts.
Thanks for your understanding. I will reply as soon as I have more information.
Regards,
Michelle
