My account is showing invalid charge method for Mexico. It is the same card for US, Canada, and Brazil. My bank verified I was allowing this charge, and I approved it. I updated the card (still the same card), and see the small authorization charge on my bank statement however I still can't fully access seller central.

Yes, it is a Visa card.
yes, I have contacted my bank several times to make sure it is valid for Mexico and international charges and they say that it is no problems from their side.
Yes, I have contacted Amazon several times and the only thing they say is to change credit cards or add the card again, I get NO other help from them at all.
Yes, I have tried other credit cards too.
Anything else I can do since I am not being paid from Mexico and this has been going on for several months without anyone from Amazon being able to help.
