Shipment delivered to MDW2 - 5 weeks ago and not checked - in ( being charged low inventory fee)

could a MOD please look at this. As my understanding is in situations for excessive checkin times, we can get refunded for low value fee.

2 Shipments delivered 5 weeks ago ( i have proof of delivery) . Both of the items have been getting charged low value inventory fee now for weeks.
