Account Sevices Rooming

I have been trying to fix my account for a month. Issue Account Services under account information is roaming. I need to change from individual to professional account, please help. I have logged in from multiple devices and browsers. I have reached out numerous of times.

You mean you want to switch to the "Professional selling plan". Did you exactly what the help page says:
