Read onlyHi there,
I'm hoping someone from Amazon can help here. My listing was recently taken down because a large competitor said I violated Amazon's policies and am infringing on their trademark. This is a false claim as I am the rights owner of the brand and have a pending trademark. There are 100+ other sellers of the same type of product on Amazon, but my listing got removed. I tried to appeal and send in the correct documentation, but I don't have an "appeal" option - just a "submit new information" option. Amazon wants me to send in other documentation from the rights owner that I am legally allowed to sell this product but I AM THE RIGHTS OWNER. The competitor claiming they are the rights owner is not and I am trying to appeal because this is not a valid claim and is extremely unethical on their part. Is anyone able to help here so I can submit the appeal to overturn this false claim?

Hello there @Seller_8IM2tnF5BW7ip!
Definitely an interesting case here but I'm gonna do what I can! Have you by chance reached out to Account Health yet? I see you've submitted a lot of documentation which is an awesome thing to do but wanted to see if you talked to them before I escalate to Account Health personally!

Brand Registry is part of the problem They let you Brand with a pending TM.
This gets legal now. Someone has to decide who owns the TM. That someone cannot be amazon. If amazon let you into brand registry and had already let your competitor in. Then this falls in amazon's lap. If you are not in Brand Registry with a pending TM. You will have to fight the fight to prove your case. Hope you can get help from Jim_Amazon.
Good Luck to you.
