Read onlyThe Manage Returns page will not load for my account and has been an issue for months. It just spins and spins forever.
I have used multiple devices (Mac/windows) and different browsers with the same result. I have toggled user permissions for the Manage Returns and that also did not fix it. Amazon support chat has not been helpful.

Connor from Amazon here, since you've already tried from different devices and you still see the same issue, you will need to open a regular support case so that our partner team can take a closer look at your account. You can do this here:

You can share the case ID with us here as well so that we can track it. Also in the meantime, can you provide us the previous chat case IDs as well so that we can research on our end.
