HANDMADE BRAND WAIVER DISCONTINUED with No Notice??
Are we ever going to get a response to this. This is what another response I received from Customer Service
After reviewing your case, we found that Amazon Handmade has deprecated the Brand Waiver Program and is no longer accepting new applications. This program previously allowed Handmade sellers access to certain brand benefits without the Intellectual Property (IP) protection that comes with full Brand Registry.
Since this program has been discontinued, we recommend that you apply for the full Brand Registry program instead. The Brand Registry program provides IP protection for registered brands along with several other benefits for brand registered sellers. You can learn more about Brand Registry and apply through your Seller Central account.

Hi, @Joey_Amazon, I'm still waiting for the accurate information, this issue has happened for at lease 3 months, if we do need to register a trademark to apply for the full Brand Registry program, please let us know, but I also want to know if the the brand we created before in the Brand Waiver Program is not recognised as ours now, how we reclaim the brand back as our trademark? Will any issue happen cause by the previous Brand Waiver? A lot of question.

How did that work? I never could get brand registry when I tried 2 years ago. I have always had to choose Generic and no UPC to list new items.

I just checked and apparently my Brand is back with the wrong logo. Wasn't notified at all.
