I have received following mail from amazon and my account deactivated two days ago
Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Funds will be withheld for 30 days, but this period may be extended due to circumstances of your account. For more information, please review the Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/help.html?itemID=9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
You have a separate account T&M Stores which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the SHREENIMART Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.
How do I reactivate my account?
In order to reactivate this Selling account, SHREENIMART please follow the below steps:
1. You must first reactivate the account associated with T&M Stores by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.
T&M Store is belongs to my brother both account are separate. our surnames are same permanent address are same but our business address are difference .SHREENIMART is belongs to me i dont have any relationship or any contract agreement with my brother" s business.I have submitted real situation with explanation letter but i have received following instruction to reactive my account
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination
I cant provide above requested documents because my account is separate and i am the owner of shreenimart,No any contract or any agreement/Sales deed with my brother's account TM Store.I dont have any relationship in between TM Store
Need advise to reactivate my account kindly help me to address this issue
That's going to be a pretty hard link to break.
Your easier route will be to help your brother get his account restored. And if the two of you are selling in the same category, little or no chance of either of you selling on Amazon again.
It is allowed, if following certain rules (one of which is not selling in the same category; so you really should find out what your brother is selling).
But the accounts WILL be linked. And if any account is suspended, then ALL linked accounts will also be suspended.
You can get your account back, but your brother needs to get his account back first in order for you to have a chance.

Two accounts in one household are linked. No way to deny that.
You need to find out why your brother's account is suspended, and fix that. There is no other path forward.
Additionnally we have to mention that you and your brother most probably use the same wifi. So your both accounts are linked in any way. And since they ARE linked,

As you mentioned you were associated to your brothers account, you have also noted that the requested documentation does not exist or cannot be provided. This is a common situation when it comes to a family member being the point of association.
These connections can stem from a very large amount of information that is never disclosed. Since the mentioned documents cannot be provided you will need to ensure that your brother has reactivated their account first.

As you mentioned his account was deactivated due to a violation of the restricted product policy, this is a very serious situation by itself. When an account is deactivated for a restricted product policy, we can only accept proof that the product causing the violation was actually complying with our policy. This can include pictures, listings updates, and supporting documentation. Did he advise on the specific policy or ASIN?
As noted by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, due to the nature of the situation and lack of documentation, your brother will need to resolve the restricted product policy violation and be reinstated to resolve the multiple account policy violation. Once their account has been reinstated, you can navigate to the account health page and following the normal appeal path acknowledge the reactivation of the associated account for proper review.

Due to the association identified with your brothers account, you have been deactivated in association. You are allowed to both have an account but there will be an unavoidable connection due to the relative closeness you share with this individual. Thus you will both be required to maintain healthy accounts to continue selling.
