Read onlyDoes amazon no longer offer chat support for sellers? In the account health section, you could always click on "contact" and reach a representative via the chat but now all I see is an option to contact support through a phone call. Is this happening for everyone or what is going on?
Chat appears for me when Seller Support is unable to resolve my issue and I reply to the case.
I, eventually, am forced to chat or make a phone call.
Chat does not appear for me in the beginning, however.

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. From the Account Health page you can contact Support via a phone call. For chat support, you can click "Help" in the top right corner and reach out to Seller Support via a case.
