OTDR rates still held accountable for Christmas Day and New Years Day

OTDR rates still held accountable for Christmas Day and New Years Day

So, we currently have 15 orders with 21 items, all showing as non compliant shipments that are being held against our OTDR metrics for Christmas and New Years Day.

We shipped them all out on time, with Amazon buy shipping and USPS, UPS and FedEx were not delivering on those days. All of these shipments were delivered the very next day, and they all would've been delivered on time had the carriers not taken those holidays off.

Can't we get a break even for Christmas and New Years Day?

I truly do wish to assist with your questions. By the time you are able to provide the information allowing me to investigate your specific store, the metrics will have changed.

If you could save some examples for me, that would be amazing. A few order numbers and I will review the tracking. Do you have any warning banners due to this issue, or a performance notification?
