Coupon Page Missing Active Coupons and Lost all Historical Data

Currently, the coupon page is missing active coupons, even after you filter.

There are LIVE active coupons that we launched that DO NOT appear anywhere in the Coupon Menu. I cannot cancel them and need, This is bad.

All of the history of prior coupons, even recent to 30 days is gone.

There must be a technical issue / glitch. Its impacting multiple stores.

Thank you for posting here at the forums and bringing this matter to our attention.

The first step here would be to file a case with Seller Support, this need to be properly documented. If this requires a follow up escalation the Case ID will be needed as well.
