I have cancelled my shipments by mistake while they were sent to FCs. there were 10 shipments under the same workflow. Some of the shipments were in delivered status - some were in receiving status - and some were in transit. Is there any way I can undo the cancellation??
Unfortunately, there is no way to undo the cancellation.

As another seller mentioned, it's not possible to undo a cancellation. Have you seen any updates on the units in delivered / receiving status? I recommend opening a case with Seller Support at your earliest convenience, let me know if you've done this already.

This indicates that the corresponding team is still investigating, which is a good thing. I would say to give this issue some time to allow for the dust to settle, as it is complex. Reach out to me here if there are persistent / lingering issues.
