Read onlyWhy is Amazon now charging Sellers for Customer fault returns? My return settings have not changed. How do I recoup these return shipping charges? They were being charged to the customer automatically and now they suddenly are not. Why?
@Michelle_Amazon WHY is Amazon charging me for customer fault returns when this is my Returns Setting? Sellers are screaming about this on the boards and none of you are answering. We deserve an answer. If Amazon has changed this rule we were NOT informed! This is another example of Amazon not following their own rules and we have a very valid mediation case for this! Give us some answers PLEASE!
