ATTENTION: URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS HELD BY AMAZON SINCE JANUARY 2024

Hope you are doing well
I have not received any payments from Amazon since January 2024, despite having verified accounts. The total amount in reserve, which has not yet been released by Amazon.
I have logged several cases with Amazon through chat, email, and phone calls, but my issue has not been addressed. All of my cases were transferred to specialists, and no one has contacted me to resolve the matter.
Deposit Methods Attached & Problem History:
Account#1: Business Account Details
In December 2023, my Business Payoneer account received a KYC (Know Your Customer) notice from Amazon. As a result, all my funds were withheld in January 2024. I contacted Payoneer, and they provided me with a KYC verification email and an account statement for Amazon. I submitted both documents to Amazon under Case ID 15123988491, followed by multiple follow-ups through Case ID 15179114931. However, Amazon has not resolved the issue to date. Please refer to the attached screenshots of my deposit methods, the KYC verification email from Payoneer, and the account statement from Payoneer.
Account#2: New Account on my Name
As per the discussion and advice from Amazon’s live chat support team, on August 20, 2023, I created a new Payoneer account in my name and added it to my Amazon account. On August 27, 2024, Amazon emailed me stating that they attempted to transfer $0.01 from my Seller Central balance to the deposit method on file (ending in ***). However, the transfer failed due to incorrect bank or debit card information. I contacted Payoneer, and they issued me another account ending in *** (See attachment)
Account#3: 2nd New Account on my Name
After receiving the new Payoneer account, I linked it on August 27, 2024, and it was successfully verified. However, Amazon did not release my payments for the last two disbursements on August 28, 2024, and September 11, 2024.
Currently, my reserve balance is $ ****. However, there is a prompt stating that the next scheduled transfer initiation date is 9/25/2024*. Despite this, my available balance is $0.00, so no transfer will be initiated on that date.
I kindly request you to investigate the issue on Amazon’s end and clarify why this problem has not been resolved. Several cases have been logged, but they were transferred to Specialists, and no one from Amazon has contacted me or resolved the issue. This situation has caused significant damage to my business.
I urge you to resolve this problem as a matter of urgency.
