The customer returned a product — actually, they returned an empty box. I took photos with the box on the scale proving it was empty, yet Amazon still refunded the customer. The response I received was: "For more information about the Prepaid Return Labels policy, go to 'Prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders.'" However, last week another customer returned the same product but in a different color, and I was refunded.
This is to confirm that SAFE-T claim ID: 94856-03034-6567100 has been filed for Order ID: 112-7940751-5446645 . Below are the claim details shared by you:
This is my morning coffee on a scale. As you can see, the weight is 0. Sadly, as Amazon treats all sellers as liars, rather than buyers, this isn't "proof" of anything. You would have had to take a video showing the scale functions and putting the box on it. Even then, Amazon would likely consider that you took out the contents and resealed it........as it can always easily be opened from the bottom and resealed. Amazon always sides with the buyer and fully enables and supports fraud and theft.
