Create Shoppable Videos with new Canva templates and upload in bulk

You can now view enhanced video performance metrics on the Upload and Manage Videos page and create videos using our new Canva video templates. These features help you create and manage Shoppable Videos more efficiently.

Shoppable Videos showcase your products in action on detail pages, helping customers better understand product size, features, and functionality. Product pages with videos added may see an increase in sales compared to those without videos.

The enhanced video metrics dashboard now displays comprehensive analytics for your video uploads including:

  • Click-through rate
  • Return rate
  • Attributed sales metrics

Trend lines help you easily track if performance is positive or negative across your selected time period, while cumulative cards at the top of the page show overall performance for all videos within your desired time range.

Our new Canva templates are designed specifically for Amazon product videos and include the following features:

  • Customizable fonts, colors, and text so you can match them to your brand’s visuals
  • Vertical orientations for mobile-friendly viewing
  • Tailored options for product overviews, how-to demonstrations, and unboxing content

Once you’ve created your Shoppable Videos, with or without our Canva templates, you can upload up to 15 videos at once with our bulk upload feature. Take the following steps:


  1. Go to Upload and Manage Videos and select Upload videos.
  2. Click the Upload videos button to add videos or drag and drop your video files from your device into the field.

To access the Amazon Ads collection:

  1. Go to Canva (you must have a Canva Free account).
  2. Navigate to Collection.
  3. Click Amazon Shoppable Videos.
