Listing changes so now I'm unable to make new listing

I’ve been having issues making new listings, even if I’m using “copy listing”. It’s asking for a bunch of stuff that handmade just doesn’t have. In return I’m getting “attributes error” even though I can’t find anything that’s required that’s missing with the * next to it. This is just too many changes at once. Is anyone else seeing this error?

I haven't had this issue. You may want to share some screenshots of what you are seeing in each step of the process.

The first thing the Mods will ask you is what is the case number for the case you opened with seller support, so if you haven't done that, do that first, but DO attach all your screenshots to the case you open, and here on the forums.

I am having the same issue. I made a new listing on June 30th successfully. The next day on June 31st I went to make another new listing but kept getting "An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvience."

It also says " -The attributes are invalid." twice but doesn't specify on any tab what is wrong or missing.

I cannot create a new listing by either adding a product or copying an existing one.

The problems started the day I got the new listing format.

I suspect it has something to do with the new " External Product ID" field which shouldn't apply to Handmade. We're exempt and normally Amazon just creates a new ASIN when we make a new listing.

I've been going back and forth with seller support for days. They say they are unable to re-create the error. Told me to clear my cache, history, etc, the usual. I have done all of that many times and still cannot create new listings.

I'm having this problem as well. It seems the issue is caused when more than one image is added.

I'm having the same issue. As a handmade seller, it's impossible to create new listings with the updated product information requirements. Very frustrating.
