Hello,
I had the issue with Seller Wallet, then James from support help me to resolve the issue. Case 15166865021.
However, after it was resolved, some other people from support called me and said that I need to submit more documents for verification and pass bank account verification again. I submitted what they required and got an email that "We have successfully verified your updated account information:
But after all these I still get below error at my Seller Wallet:
"Seller Wallet unable to receive funds from Seller Central and certain Wallet accounts are unable to disburse.
Your account is currently under review. As a result, proceeds from your sales are unable to be transferred into Seller Wallet, and you are temporarily unable to make transfers or payments.
If you recently made any updates to your business or primary contact information in Seller Central, you will be required to provide additional information. To regain full access to your Seller Wallet account, update the information here.
If you can ask James to help me again as he was the best I would appreciate it very much.
