Show the combined purchase of at least 100 units

I ordered 112 items from my supplier. The order form shows that I ordered 112 items. Even in the invoice I received, it is written that my order quantity is 112 pieces.

The shipment made to me by my supplier due to stock problems is 93 units. The invoice sent to me also says 112 order and 93 shipment. Amazon required “Show the combined purchase of at least 100 units” for this product.

Unfortunately, I could not agree with my supplier to return the product and update the stocks.

For once, what should I do to get Amazon to allow me to sell the product with an invoice that says 93 units. The products were purchased with the correct credit card and delivered to my own warehouse. I have my invoice and photos of the products with the boxes.

Hi there @Seller_ifykSioMkY8jU,

In general Amazon requires you to have received 100 units, not just an invoice that indicates a portion of the products were delivered. If you provide your most recent Case ID I can see what options exist, but if you did not receive those other units, it won't meet the requirements set by the approvals team. Thank you for your understanding.
