My Asin is stuck in limbo. first they want us to submit pictures, 510k document, everything. we have provided everything we could. it has been 3 months with back and forth appeals. I opened up another case to see if I could get to relevant teams to review the ASIN removal. This has really hurt my business and on the brink of bankruptcy. looks like a huge amount of sellers are facing the same situations, and could be subject to future legal actions. I also did see they are hiring for a Senior medical device associate, so looks like this may be a problem in the Amazon internal teams. please review my asin and support cases. A new employee isn't going to fix anything, as your issue is controlled by a bot. The bottom is, with 9.7 million sellers on the site offering over 600 million different products, no one seller or product holds any weight when seeking a resolution.
First I think this ASIN doesn't exist on amazon.com (I don't find anything), so I suppose this is YOUR brand. I just find it on Ubuy India and Ubuy Lebanon. Also I see that the same question was asked in the Italian forum six weeks ago. I don't know if that was you or not, but there was not found a solution.
I think you loose your time with Amazon. If they don't want this product on their website you can do absolutely nothing. They decide what products they accept or not.
On your place I would list on other platforms, build your own website, sell on social media.
