Merchant Fulfilled Question: reprint label for prior order more than 30 days
Is there a way to reprint a shipping label for previous orders that are more than a month old?
I've reprinted labels before, but the particular order I am trying to reprint does not have the option and I'm wondering whether that's due to its order date.

Why would you need this address? You sent the order and finish. You are not allowed to contact Amazon's customer again. And yes, some time after the shipment name and address disappear.

If you are thinking of shipping a replacement - Don't.
If the buyer needs a replacement, make sure your set your return options to refund at first scan. Then tell the buyer to open a return request and reorder as soon as the refund goes through.
You will have no protection on the replacement. If the buyer has a problem with the original order, he can open a claim and get his money back and keep the replacement. I know this may put your buyer in a bad light and you are thinking that he would never do such a thing - think again.
