Read onlyHi, I’m a new seller. One of my customers did not receive her package because it was delivered to the wrong address. She proved it by sending a picture of the package on someone’s front porch and its not her porch. She requested a refund in which Amazon processed. However, I’m out of an item due to Amazon’s error. Does Amazon rectify with me?
if you used Amazon shipping to ship the item, Amazon probably refunded the buyer out of their own pocket.
Did the buyer file an AZ claim? Did you respond?
This doesn’t make sense. If she has a picture of the package on someone else’s porch why didn’t she just get it from them?
Doesn’t sound like amazon’s error. Either buyer error (wrong address given), post office error (wrong address delivered), or scam (that would be my guess).
