Product Reinstatement
Hi everyone,
We’re hoping to get advice from anyone who has faced a similar situation.
We sell an EPA-registered insecticide and fungicide for plants. One of our products was recently blocked due to a pesticide claim. We submitted all the required documentation, and Amazon confirmed that the listing would be reinstated within two business days. However, it has now been much longer, and the product is still blocked.
We feel like we’re going in circles—first, the Restricted Products team asks for documents, then we respond, sometimes receive a reply saying it will be reinstated, but nothing happens. This has been going on for over a month now.
If anyone has experience navigating this or has any advice, we’d truly appreciate it.

I've reviewed your case and it looks like the team is waiting for you to add the EPA registration number in the pesticide_marking attribute. While you have provided the information to them, they won't reinstate until you have added the information to the attribute. If you have added it to the detail page and are still having issues let me know here and I will escalate further. Thank you for your understanding.
