Request for Information on Required Documents to Sell in Grocery & Gourmet Category
Hello,
I am planning to my own brand to sell products in the Grocery and Gourmet category under my Amazon seller account. Could you please provide a list of the required documents and approvals needed for ungating in this category? Also, I would appreciate guidance on the submission process.

You will find all necessary information in seller university. Nobody will give you a step by step guide. Take 4-5 weeks to learn here and read the forum daily:

We appreciate you looking for some insight on the process and requirements here in the New Seller Community. Here is our help page focused on Grocery & gourmet foods which include the following seller requirements and details product requirements:
"You must meet the following seller performance targets:
- Order defect rate: < 1%
- Pre-fulfillment cancel rate: < 2.5%
- Late shipment rate: < 4%"
I'll also include our overall help page on the Approvals process, and this Seller University video on invoice requirements when you apply to sell! (I'll also second @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC's recommendation to take the time to go through all Seller University content if you haven't already).
