Edit a Removed Detail Page

Hey everyone! I have two new products I am looking to launch, but the detail page was removed due to the word "anxiety" being in my description and title.

I will gladly remove this but I can't as the detail page was removed and I cannot edit my listing. I have asked seller central for 2 weeks now how to edit the detail page to remove this but they just keep responding saying "please remove the "anxiety" keyword from your listing"

I would gladly remove the keyword but I cannot since the edit listing option is now gone. How do I go about doing this? It is becoming very frustrating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should be able to edit your description and title via a partial update using a listing template.

How do I Fill Out a Template?

Category specific templates can be found here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/1641#hh-help-page-header-5

Hey @Seller_bXNZnu2tNXRwh,

The recommendation @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQprovided is great. Using a listing template will allow you to update the title and description outside of editing the listing itself.

As reference, check out the article Listings Lounge: The T on Templates which might be helpful regarding templates.

Once you've been able to make the changes, you should be able to appeal the reinstatement of the listing using the Account Health page.

If you do have difficulties updating your detail page and open a Support case, feel free to add your CASE ID in this thread and I'll ensure it is escalated appropriately.

A simpler method would be to go to any product you CAN edit. copy the URL once the editable page has loaded .... Edit the URL to use the ASIN/UPC of your listing and it SHOULD automagically work (This is how I was able to edit listing pages that have been removed when I no longer had the product on an active listing)
