I just read on seller forum about Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA]
Is it real could someone give me a link to it?
Found this by searching Customer Service by Amazon in seller help.
Just received an email from Amazon inviting me to become a member of CSBA. Considering how Amazon handles customer issues (gives product away), why would anyone want to become part of an organization that will give your product away and THEN also charge you a fee for giving it away?
Even the fees are vague: “You will enjoy 30 days of free trial period when you join CSBA first time. After your free trial, you will be charged CSBA fee per self-fulfilled shipped unit based on your customer service performance.”
So they are handling customer service for you but your performance metrics go down because they keep refunding when things shouldn’t be a refund which then allows them to charge a higher fee for providing customer service??? Really??? Am I jaded, cynical or just realistic?
Yes also received and its such a joke. Amazon tells us they are not our customers… Forbids us from talking to them on the phone, Or answering questions posed on products.
oh, you want to help them out? you can Pay Amazon now to talk to Amazon customers. What a joke.
Yet again one more nail in the Amazon Anti Trust action. This email they sent highlights nicely how they want us to pay them for everything we shoudl be doing as the Businesses selling to our customers… But since they are not our customers why woudl we pay amazon to talk to them ?
