I am facing a persistent issue with my Amazon tax verification process. As a foreign business owner who has recently established a US-based LLC, I am trying to register it in my Amazon Seller account's tax profile.
Despite multiple attempts and providing all required documentation accurately, my submissions continue to be rejected for "Name in the document does not match the previous name provided."
I initiated a support case (Case ID 15538702371) over two weeks ago, but the issue remains unresolved, with no substantial feedback from Amazon support. I have submitted detailed screenshots and explanations within the case.
Has anyone else encountered similar challenges as a foreign owner trying to register a US-based business on Amazon? Any advice on navigating this situation would be greatly appreciated as it significantly impacts my business operations.
