30 day no reason return is a joke!

Why can Amazon buyers still return goods?Amazon's return policy is a 30 day no reason return policy. The buyer signed for DHL on June 20th, and the return date was July 24th. It has been more than 30 days, and Amazon's policy prohibits returns after 30 days. Why can Amazon buyers still return goods? total 2250 dollars Order ID: # 111-6465398-5717020

Because Amazon let's buyers do whatever they want and sellers are literally slammed with all sorts of account requirements, metric hits and bogus BS.

Hello @Seller_cGWtwvEvhHkkZ- thank you for posting this order experience. If a buyer changes their mind, and returns an item in the original condition, but outside the return window, you will be able to charge a restocking fee of 20%, per the guidelines on charging restocking fees.

I do appreciate the frustration here, however, and will make sure your feedback is captured for our teams as they look to improve their processes and policies.

There’s nothing you can do because of Amazon’s deceptive policies. The best way to do it is to buy something from Amazon for yourself and then ask for a refund or use it and then return it, just like your customers do. The system works by encouraging consumers to do this.
