Read onlyOn March 25th, I received an email from Amazon requesting identity verification. I was asked to submit a photo of my ID and a biometric photo, and was given a 3-day deadline. I submitted all the required documents on the same day. After submission, a message appeared stating that the documents would be reviewed and that I would be contacted by email within 2 business days if any further information was needed.
However, today is April 6th, and my documents still haven’t been reviewed. Furthermore, my account was suspended on March 28th. My products are currently on their way to the US marketplace, and this delay is causing significant disruption to my business.
During this time, I have spoken with 4-5 different Amazon Account Health specialists by phone, but unfortunately, the review process has still not been initiated.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed as soon as possible, that my documents be reviewed without further delay, and that my account be reactivated.

We have got the same issue, got a notification on 1st April and suspended on 4th April. Did you get any resolution ?

My verification was done on 3rd April, completed and said 2 business days.
