Deposit method bank verification keeps getting denied

its been over 3 weeks and they keep denying my bank account info that i submitted i have 2000 waiting for dispursement and they wont approve my bank i have uploaded

Exact same issue, some glitch in the Update Deposit Method keeps getting caught in a loop, and never actually updates/verifies the new payment method. I am an American citizen, with U.S bank accounts, and have provided valid bank letters from both JPMorgan Chase and my credit union,with the same exact information shown in the INFORM Act verification side of Amazon, and the same glitch applies, over and over.

Very frustrating, and none of the front-line Amazon reps on email, phone, or chat support can do anything but repeat the same FAQ listing the same 4 requirements that the bank account letters provided very clearly contain.

I see that you have been attempting to complete this for some time without success and I can understand how frustrating this must be for you. I am here to take a look and provide you with support to get this resolved.

With the help of our partner teams, I was able to review the details about your current situation. They confirmed that your last step to get this resolved is to assign your deposit method to the US store. To do this you can visit the account info section under the settings tab and select "Bank Account Verification (In Progress)". This will bring you to the deposit methods page where you can assign the approved deposit method to a marketplace.
