Looking at the "Button cell and coin batteries" help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GUBLQYWAJDBADUVK), I notice that "flameless candles" are specifically listed as an example of products that commonly contain button cell batteries. This might explain why your candlesticks were flagged.
To resolve this:
1.) If your candlesticks truly don't contain any batteries, you should appeal through Account Health:
- Go to Performance > Account Health
- Under "Manage your compliance", click "Product Compliance Requests"
- Click "Add/Appeal Compliance"
- Clearly explain that these are traditional candlesticks without any electronic components
2.) Include clear product descriptions in your listings that specify these are traditional, non-electronic candlesticks to prevent future misclassifications.

- How are are they powered?
- Do they come with a charger? Or is a battery required?
This is the information that the Button Cell Battery team needs a better understanding of and I'd recommend providing additional evidence in your appeals that shows the specific nature of the product. This could include manuals, schematics, photos, or a video recording showing your product does not have a button cell battery.
