Amazon system not saving keywords

Again tried expalining to seller support who were clueless.

The system is not saving new keywords input into system.

Is this some kind of glitch, delay?

I tested and my "Generic Keywords" saved just fine.

If you are still having issues ...

I doubt this BUT - is there a chance you have exceeded the 500 character limit? (Although that should show an error)

Maybe you are using terms that aren't allowed? Read over this help page - Use search terms effectively

Otherwise, I'm not sure what could be going on.
