Dangerous Goods - Listing Deactivated

Hi, one of my listings got taken down. In order for it to get listed again I needed to upload an SDS or dangerous goods form. My product has no dangerous goods so I tried uploading the exemption form but they said I cant use the exemption form and I need to submit an SDS form. Anyone know what I can do or what I can get an SDS form to fill out? My product does not contain any dangerous goods and I keep telling them that but they don't seem to read what im writing sadly. Thank you

Hi @Seller_7kOTsdboatNxA,

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums! Happy to provide some additional guidance here.

Safety data sheets (SDS) are for chemical-based products that might be regulated as dangerous goods (see examples of common dangerous goods). If you cannot obtain an SDS for your product and it does not contain any harmful chemicals (such as alcohol, acid, or sodium), you should then be able to upload an exemption sheet for products without harmful chemicals. You can download the appropriate template on the right side of this page.

To upload an SDS, go to Manage dangerous goods classification and click Upload document. For more information on dangerous goods, go to Dangerous goods identification guide (hazmat) or watch this Seller University video: Dangerous goods overview.

If you run into any issues submitting that SDS, please reach back out to me in this thread! In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks again,

Jameson
