I'm having problems logging into my seller account
Recently, for some reason, when I login in via the 2 step verification system, I'm not receiving the OTP
if I click resend and choose call me. Then that works perfectly
This has only started happening since I changed service providers from AT&T to Spectrum
Checked my account, and all my contact info is perfect
Called Spectrum, and they confirmed that there are no filters or blocks
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated it's driving me mad

We have experienced issues with the 2-step call-back also. Our problem is we get the numeral and sign it. Then ten minutes later we are cut out and have to do it again. However, the second time it will stay logged in for the shift.
