My account is suspended in accordance with Section 3. I see that I have not sold the product for the last 365 days.
But I have thousands of inventory at Amazon Warehouses which is unrelated for the suspension reason and Amazon does not respond about how I am going to get them from Amazon.
What can I do to reach Amazon to talk about the issue?

If your suspension was for IP violations and Amazon considers the products that caused the violation to be counterfeit they then take a VERY broad brush and consider ALL your products as counterfeit.
On Amazon it is a Napoleonic Law system where you are guilty until proven innocent. You will most likely have to provide them with invoices from authorized wholesale distributors for ALL of the products that you say are 'unrelated'.
Until you can do that they will hold them and charge you storage fees until they are removed/destroyed.

They do not let me to open a case for them, they do not reply my emails sent to "inventory appeals" and they do not let me to call them.

I went ahead and reached out to another team to get more information concerning your situation, and they were able to communicate where they see your request to the inventory appeals.
As of now, it does appear that the request is still being processed. I would advise on continuing to monitor your performance notifications and personal email for any follow up information they are able to share. I will not have any additional details to provide guidance with, but will monitor for any that become available to share with you.
