Account Not Fully Onboarded After Product Listing – Verification Loop Issue

I need urgent help regarding a verification issue on my Amazon seller account.
Here’s my situation:
✅ I’ve already listed a product (it's visible in my inventory).
✅ I successfully submitted all verification documents (ID, utility bill, etc.).
✅ I received confirmation that my documents were accepted.
✅ I also completed the “Continue my registration” step for the Seller Wallet.
❌ Despite all this, I keep receiving emails saying:
“Your account is not fully onboarded. You may have outstanding document requests.”
As a result, my listing is stuck under Stranded Inventory, and the error shows:
“Account not fully onboarded”
I have already:
Uploaded documents multiple times
Opened support cases
Tried chat and email
All I get back are automated responses. No one from the manual review team has reached out.
I’ve even emailed seller-verification@amazon.com with screenshots, and still no resolution.
🔁 It seems like the system is stuck in a verification loop.
Can anyone from the Amazon team please escalate this for manual verification?
Or has any other seller experienced this and found a solution?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
