Amazon lost Inbound Inventory

Posting this because I keep going in circles with Amazon Seller Support.

Amazon lost my inventory and refuses to reimburse me.

They are claiming I made a mistake in the shipment but I know I did not. I hand packed this shipment myself and am 100% certain these units were included in the shipment.

Extremely disappointed Amazon treats loyal sellers like this.

I provided proof of purchase with tracking, I want to be reimbursed.
