We have been served with a seller fulfilled order deactivation notice “Your Order Defect Rate is 8.7%; the target is 1%.” Orders with a defect: 2 Total orders: 23. This is because of a 1 star seller feedback left, 2x times.
We primarily sell though FBA, but have seller listings as well.
Does anyone know at what percentage will they be de-activated?
We are disputing these through cases and have also written to customers to amend, but have not been able to make any changes.
The option of increasing sales to bring this down to 3%, comes at a big financial loss.
1.Wrong color. I received a 28. refund, I paid 215.
Context: No proof provided and have issued a full refund the same day as well as prepaid shipping label.
2. I was suppose to receive this on Wednesday.
Context: Upon checking it was delivered 2 days earlier than
Please let us know how you can avoid this issue and at what point will the Seller fulfilled order be deactivated.
