On my capacity limits, I'm showing I have in stock 72,000+ units at FBA on capacity manager under my shipments screen for standard size. However, when I download my FBA Inventory Report, I only show 5600 units of in stock items. Why would this be and is there a report I am missing of this large discrepancy?

First of all, our condolences to anyone impacted by Hurricane Helene.

I have questions regarding FBA shipments sent to impacted areas. It was just our luck that we recently sent a shipment to Atlanta, Georgia and a shipment to Jacksonville, Florida. It looks like both shipments have been stuck in "out for delivery" status for over five days. Does anyone know how the Amazon warehouses in these areas have been affected? Also, with all of the flooding in these areas, would sellers know if their shipments are affected with water damage/other damage?

Does anyone else have issues with sending FBA shipments to Jacksonville?

Every one I send has unreasonable delays.

And the insane part is that I LIVE in Jacksonville.

I have requested to be able to either drop off in person, or send to a different facility, but Amazon says I can't do that.

This is hurting my business and causing me to explore other options for outlets to sell my products.

Why does Amazon have no interest in helping their sellers?
