Amazon just issued a full refund and my account got impacted by an A-Z claim after the customer stated that one item was received when the 2 items were shipped in the same box. The shipping box label bought (from Amazon) even demonstrates that a bigger box was used and that the package was heavier due to the fact that 2 items were actually shipped! This is so unfair!
Were they 2 different orders from the same customer? You never ship items together from different orders.
