Can't Move Inventory from AWD to FBA

We're unable to move inventory from AWD for FBA replenishment, regardless of Manual Replenishment setting. We sent stock to AWD, now our stock is stuck there? This is a risk of using AWD, everything is under Amazon control, we have a 3PL warehouse outside, never abandon 3PL completely.

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

We ran into this issue with our first shipment to AWD and from AWD to FBA. They were able to resolve it with Topher's help, but lead time was about 6 weeks from port of landing, to AWD received, then 4 weeks from AWD to FBA, about 1/3 of inventory checked in (FBA available inventory). Not sure if this is a normal timeline, but our experience.
